Nature comes to fruition

Belantara is proud and elated to announce its recognition on the global stage. We have clinched two major accolades at the internationally renowned Indigo Design Awards 2024 – netting the Gold award in the Branding for Health and Beauty category, and the Silver award in the Packaging Design for Graphic Design category.

Belantara: Unveiling a tropical secret

The logo of Belantara was conceived out of our search in coming up with something befitting of the brand’s opulence and elegance.

In teaming up with Superminted, “Unveiling a tropical secret” was designated as the premise of Belantara’s brand story. Our collective mission was to fully incorporate this message, along with the central use of our key ingredient; mango butter, in the design of our logo.

On top of finding the elegant typography that reflects the brand’s luxury, Belantara has chosen to incorporate the image of a mango fruit within the negative spaces of the letter “B” to symbolise the metaphor of “a secret hidden in plain sight”.

Upon closer inspection, the subtle interplay within the symbol naturally reveals itself - inviting one to explore, discover, and connect with the unique essence of Belantara. 

To complete the logo, we chose to frame the letter “B” with the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia which is the source inspiration of Belantara. It encapsulates the lush foliage that acts as a sanctuary for the natural ingredients that nourishes and rejuvenates.

Belantara crafted three sophisticated fragrances that showcases tropical notes, with scents such as Frangipani, Ylang Ylang, Lemongrass, Pear & Pandan. Every element of these fragrances is beautifully captured within each of the three logos and proudly displayed on both our iconic aluminium bottle and its elegant packaging.
