  • Q: Does my credit expire?
    • A: Credit expires after 180 days for Jasmine and Orchid members, and after 240 days for Lotus members.
  • Q: How long do I stay in a tier once I've reached it?
    • A: Our tiers work on a 365 days rolling spend qualification criteria. Once you upgrade to either Orchid or Lotus, you will stay in that tier for 365 days. If you continue to meet the spend criteria for the tier you will remain on it.
  • Q: Can I combine rewards with other promotions?
    • A: Rewards credit can be combined with most of our promotions and discount codes.
